As a dedicated practitioner of Endodontics, I am committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered dental care. I am an Aesthetic Dentist and Micro-endodontist with extensive experience in advanced restorative and root canal treatments including Microscopic Endodontics, leveraging the latest technology for precise, predictable, and successful results.

My personal belief is that the foundation for superior dental treatment is founded upon the principles of good communication; as such, I take great care to fully inform my patients on what I am doing and take the time to make them feel comfortable and empowered throughout the entire process.

My specialization involves advanced concepts related to the biological and mechanical components of saving a tooth. However, my interests lie in evidence-based dentistry, where I keep myself updated on the latest developments in endodontic techniques.

Experience

As an Endodontist I have a keen interest in the diagnosis and treatment of complex dental pulp and periapical pathologies. My clinical experience includes:

  • Precision Root Canal Therapy: Providing effective, successful procedures to eliminate infection while saving the tooth. Diagnosis & Treatment planning for complex pulp and periapical pathologies.Routine Rubber dam isolation, ensuring aseptic conditions and treatment efficacy.

  • Microscopic Endodontics: Utilizing advanced optical microscopy to explore intricate canal morphology which might not be identified using traditional techniques.

  • Conservative Restorative Dentistry: Minimal intervention approach to maintain the tooth structure after treatment. Aesthetic and Functional rehabilitation of lost tooth structure.

  • Emergency Dental Services: Offering immediate responses to cases of sudden dental trauma, abscesses, and extreme toothaches.

Restorative & Aesthetic Procedures
Mastered Class I to VI composite restorations using sectional and saddle matrix systems, ensuring precise and optimal outcomes. Aesthetic restorations guided by the principles of biomimetic restorative dentistry including Diastema closure, Class III restoration, Class IV angle build up. Aesthetic procedures such as Composite and Ceramic Veneers, Micro-abrasion, Vital and Non-vital bleaching including Laser assisted bleaching
Pulpal & Periapical Therapies
Vital Pulp Therapies such as Direct & Indirect Pulp capping, Complete & Partial Pulpotomy using MTA / Biodentine, preserving pulp vitality. Non-vital Pulp Therapies such as MTA Apexification and Regenerative procedures using Triple Antibiotic Paste and i-PRF for closure of Open Apex. Non-surgical and Surgical Management of Periapical Pathologies
Root Canal Treatment
Performed complex anterior and posterior root canal and re-root canal treatments, managing previous treatment inadequacies. Proficient in utilising various rotary systems for efficient and predictable endodontic outcomes. Management of calcified canals, supplemental canals and complex morphological variations of root canals. Root Canal / Re-Root Canal Treatment ‘through the crown’ preserving existing restoration potentially reducing overall treatment time and cost.
Post Endodontic Rehabilitation
Fibre Reinforced Post endodontic restorations ensuring minimally invasive reinforcement of endodontically treated tooth. Post endodontic prosthetic rehabilitation including Full Coverage Crown, Onlay, Overlay and Endocrown, achieving precise fit and aesthetics. Re-establishment of severe loss of tooth structure using post and core fabrication including cast / prefabricated / Anatomical Post in indicated cases.
Trauma, Perforation, Instrument Separation
Repair of uncomplicated and complicated crown / crown root fracture with fragment reattachment. Management of traumatic dental injuries including splinting of mobile tooth and re-implantation of avulsed tooth. Repositioning of traumatically intruded / extruded teeth. Repair of cervical and furcal perforations under Dental Operating Microscope, using advanced materials like MTA and Biodentine. Fractured instrument management including bypassing, and retrieval using Dental Operating Microscope, loop device and ultrasonics.
